Kenn is a member of the Commercial Council of Realtors and has spoken at public forums on the merits of investment in Ontario. Many public bodies and corporations have come to rely on Kenn and his years of experience and knowledge in the industry. Kenn has earned numerous awards during his years in business including: Industrial Deal of the Year for the sale of the Nortel 530,000 SF/ 100-acre facility in Kingston; Past Finalist for the Financial Post Top 40 under 40- and three-time nominee for the Outstanding Business Achievement Award.

Other notable sales include: *430,000 SF GM transmission plant, Windsor, Kingston *500,000 SF Black and Decker plant, Brockville *80,000 SF Labatt Head Office, London. Locally, Kenn’s sales include: *367,000 SF UBE Japan plant, (twice) *the 16 storey Seaway Building, Front Street *Northgate East, Northgate West and Sears, Northgate (3 separate owners) * 9 former schools for both local school boards including St. Helen and Devine Street * land assembly for Lowe’s * City of Sarnia Rapids Parkway lands *numerous downtown properties.

Current assignments include: the sale of surplus industrial lands for Arlanxeo; leasing at the former Ube facility; planning and re-development for the former Sarnia General Hospital Kenn is the City appointee for Gfive on the Mitton Village Visioning Committee.
